Established in May 2005 Games Plus BG Casino Training Centre utilizing extensive experience of croupier.net Ltd UK Training Centre has begun providing CARNIVAL CORPORATION CASINO DIVISION with professionally trained casino croupiers and cashiers from Eastern European countries trained in Varna, Bulgaria.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and keen candidates with a good command of English language to be trained as a Casino Dealers or Casino cashiers.
No previous casino experience is required. If you have a great personality, enjoy meeting people and understand the importance of good quality customer service simply send your CV to Games Plus BG.
Once approved for training & further employment with Carnival, you will commence 30 day DEALER TRAINING SCHOOL in Varna & will learn two major casino games - American Roulette and Blackjack and will have a guaranteed placement onboard Carnival, HAL or Princess vessels subject to successful completion of training, passing medical & receiving a US C1D Visa.
Trainee will join CCCD on 5$ per day salary and half tips and will receive a company paid ticket.
At the end of 90 days probationary period every Trainee Dealer will be evaluated and if evaluation is successful, and the guest service is up to CCCD standards,a trainee will move up to full tips. Average earnings depending on the vessel & itinerary. At the end of the contract the trainee will be evaluated once again and should be returning for his/ her second contract as a regular casino dealer with 10$ per day salary plus tips.
TRAINEE GENERAL CASHIERS (TGC2) will receive 100 hour course in Varna and will be trained according to the CCCD cash desk operation policies. TGC2 will be hired on 25$ per day plus a company paid ticket and after successfully passing through 90 days evaluation can be promoted to a regular Cashier on 35$ per day. On completion of the contract, TGC will be evaluated once more and have a possibility to be promoted to a General Cashier (GC) on 45$ per day for his/ hers return on a second contract. The next step would be a 55$ per day to a Head Cashier Position.
